The team at Cubic Property Group has extensive knowledge and experience with insurance repairs, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the policies and procedures of all the major insurance companies. We also have the resources to complete all aspects of the project for you so you'll only ever need to deal with one building company.

 

What is involved?

  1. Assessment of damage.  
  2. Repair Cost analysis
  3. Complete Approval Sheet from your Insurance Provider
  4. Meet with client to establish contract to begin works
  5. Proceed with repairs

 

All jobs are managed by a qualified Contracts Manager and Building Surveyor who are familiar with scoping insurance repair work across a range of differing schedules. Our staff is trained to understand general insurance terms and policy and is able to report concise, accurate information to assist the client in making decisions as necessary.

 

Throughout the repair process you will be provided regular updates as to the projected time-frames involved with your repairs, and notification of any unforeseen delays if they arise. Upon completion of your repairs, a Cubic Property Group supervisor will complete a thorough inspection of all work, leaving you with the peace of mind that your premises is once again safe and secure.

 

Our experienced, qualified and licensed trades-people can complete almost all repairs, and will coordinate any others for you.

An energy or water audit is used to establish which appliances are using the most electricity, natural gas or water and suggest ways that usage can be reduced.


The most effective way of doing an energy or water audit is for a CPG representative to come to your property. As well as discussing with you about how you’re using energy and/or water, or both, they can look at the energy and water characteristics of the property and make recommendations on that basis.

Design Stage

  1. Obtain brief from client
  2. Site measure existing structures and features
  3. Review Council DCP and LEP
  4. Complete initial design for discussion
  5. Review feedback from client and amend design as requested
  6. Attend Pre Development Application (DA) meeting if required
  7. Coordinate with other consultants to prepare DA submission
  8. Finalise council DA submission and submit to council

  1. Collect DA documentation
  2. Prepare all documentation for Construction Certificate (CC) as per DA conditions
  3. Coordinate with consultants
  4. Prepare Specification
  5. Advertise for tender to licensed builders
  6. Analyse all tenders
  7. Present tenders to client

 

Project Management

  1. We act on behalf of you, the client in all areas of the building project
  2. Coordinate with all consultants involved with the project and ensure that all inspections are carried                                                                                            out in accordance with DA conditions
